With COVID-19 still prevalent throughout the Hawaiian Islands in 2021, we focused our brand message on spreading awareness around our suite of digital product offerings, including: HSFCU Mobile App, Contactless Payment Options, Appointment Concierge, etc. Because we know that life can get a little hectic, and it’s our job to make it EASY.

Entering 2020, the initial plans to expand on the 2019 Brand Campaign, Member Stories, were eventually pivoted away from amidst the news surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus resulting in a shift in the brand messaging from sharing impactful member stories to reassuring members that, despite the times, we are here to ease their worries and share a SMILE.

Establishing trust and deepening relationships with Hawaii State FCU members is the utmost priority at the Credit Union. With that in mind, we built the 2019 Brand Campaign around real members, sharing real stories on the impact Hawaii State FCU has had on their lives. The segment also simultaneously highlights the Hawaii State FCU employee living true to the Always Right By You tagline.
